Problem with video capture device...

I got hte error "Please verify that it is working correctly and is not already in use." when I start the Flash Media Encoder.
I used WinXp sevice pack 2, 32 bits.ADS capture card which is woking good for some other computer. What could be reason for this error? I am 100% sure no other application using the card.
