I have been trying to install FMLE3 since august 22nd but for some reason only 2.5 will install. I have windows 7 ult 64bit . It did install before earlier this year but after a format I had to reinstall. The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite P305D and the error is, "The system admin has set pollicy's to prevent installation". I have tried doing the gpedit.msc and the windows install cleanup but nothing has worked nore has the UAC changes worked.
