Streaming with Skype or teamspeak possible?

Hello together!

I have a problem with streaming. I use Flash Media Live Encoder  and wanna stream while i am with my friends in Teamspeak or in Skype. But it don't  work. I get the failiure:"Audio format not supported: Audio format  provided by audio capture device is not supported by this application." Is it possible in any way to do this? I just see some streams where more then one person talk but i don't know if these persons use Flash Media Live Encoder...

I would be thankfull for any kind of help!
