compression factor of the H.264 codec

I'm looking for a fact that I do not find, if anyone can help me it's greatly appreciated.
What is the compression factor of the H.264 codec?
For example if I have the following characteristics.
352x240
Camara color (24 bit)
15fps
The speed of transmission would be (vtx) = (352x240x24x15) / 1024 = 29700Kbps
