The following issue has been confirmed with two servers both running FMIS 4.5 and has been reported by numerous users on both PC and Mac's.
When connecting to the livepkgr application using FMLE 3.2, if you click on 'Connect' and then 'Start' it gives the following error:
"Problem with primary server
Failure to connect to primary server. Please verify that your Server URL and application name are valid and that your Internet connection is working and retry"
This happens every time. Now here's the interesting part. If you click on 'Start' without clicking on 'Connect' first, it works every time.
This issue is only happening with the livepkgr app and not the live app.
What could be causing the connection failure?
