Hello.
I installed the program ADOBE MEDIA ENCODER LIVE 3.2, but I presents the following problem:
When I want to convey to a resolution of 640x480, immediately closed.
Consulting on your website to rule out the requirements to be met by pc, the following is reported:
- 933MHz Intel® Pentium® 3 (or compatible) or faster processor
- For H.264 and AAC support: 1.67GHz Intel Core™2 Duo processor required (3GHz Intel Core 2 Duo recommended)
- For VP6 MBR: 640x480 size or below; 2 or 3 streams at 25 fps: Dual Core (Core 2 Duo 3GHz, 2GB RAM); 768x576 size; 2 streams at 25 fps: Quad Core (Xeon 2GHz, 4GB RAM); 768x576 size; 3 streams at 25 fps: 8 Core (Xeon 3GHz, 3.25 GB RAM); Input stream 640x480
- For multiple output streams: 3GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 2GB of RAM required (quad- or 8-core machine with 3GB of RAM recommended)
- Microsoft® Windows® XP with Service Pack 2 or 3; Windows Vista® Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise; Windows Server® 2003 (32-bit) Web Edition; or Windows 7
- 256MB of RAM (1GB recommended)
- 40MB of available hard-disk space (excludes archived FLV and F4V files)
- 1024x768 screen resolution with 32-bit video card
- Microsoft DirectShow compatible video capture device
- Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime version 9.0c
- For H.264 and AAC support: Adobe® Flash® Media Live Encoder 2.5 software required
According to the requirements, for a 640x480 transmission requires basically two things:
- Processor: Core 2 Duo 3GHz.
- RAM: 2GB.
But the features of my laptop are:
- Processor: Core I3 2.4GHz
- RAM: 3GB.
- Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate (x64)
- Model: Samsung R440.
- WebCam: Logitech PRO 9000
According to this, my laptop meets (and exceeds) the minimum requirements, so do not understand why when I configure it closes at 640x480.
However, if I set the transmission to a lower or higher resolution, works without any problems.
What suggestions or help I could provide?.
Thanks for any response.
Greetings.
Mario.
