NM8001 Analog Capture USB Problem

Dear Sir

I have Light wave LW-UG10 USB audio video Grabber , the driver read NM8001 , when I select the NM8001 video with out audio I can steram the video , but when I select the audio NM8001 Analog Capture , FMLE close and I reopen it and same issue only with these type of USB.

Is there is another driver can be work with FMLE My test run on WinXP Pro SP3 and windows 7 ultimated.
