Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 Is Not Responding / Windows 8.1 64 bits

I open the program, all data is correct and works on Windows XP

I'm trying to broadcast start  and the program stops working

(Flash media live encoder is not responding)

* Any process such as changing the audio device stops also the program

What do I do?
