FMLEcmd does not stop recording

I am running FMLEcmd as a scheduled task. First task is a record task- with the argument: /p c:\profiles\record1.xml.  second task is a stop task, with the argument:  /s c:\rec\rec\file.flv.

Sometimes the stop task does not run from unknown reasons. It will also NOT shut down the command window when manually set to run.

Any suggestions?
