Can't use /dvrstart from FMLEcmd: "No FMLE Process Is Running"?

So I'm trying to start a DVR recording from the command line, and I can't get it to work.  This is my command and the resulting message:

...I have the DVRcast application installed in the correct location, and I have no problem recording with the GUI using the exact same  fmle_uid.  What does this error mean?
