I'm interested in using deblock on my .f4v files for I'm already using a deinterlace tool to deinterlace the video files... Will deblock get rid of the blocks I see when there is high motion? Also, what settings can I use to make it where high motion does not result in blocks being displayed.. I have a decent amount of CPU resources to allocate if needed. I'm using Adobe Encoder to capture a live stream via analog RCA video cable...
