IP Camera to Flash Media Encoder ?

Hi,

I'd like to use an IP camera with Flash Media Encoder. Is it possible ?

The camera would be likethis one for instance

The IP camera outputs the video signal on an Ethernet port.
How is it possible to connect it to Flash Media Encoder ?
