Main Concept AAC plugin does not appear in FMLE

Last year, I bought and installed the Main Concept AAC plugin and it worked just fine. I am now trying to get a new computer set up for streaming, and I have installed the plugin and FMLE, but the plugin isn't showing up. Instead, I just have the options of MP3 or NellyMoser.

I'm using Windows 7 64 bit, FMLE 3.2, and AACEncoderPlugIn_v1.0.6.

I reinstalled the plugin and it still isn't showing up.
