I'm having issues getting FME3 to stream to a service like Justin.tv. When I start broadcasting from FME3, it keeps looping and looping and I need to click on the STOP button nonstop. With a bit of luck, I get it to stop. I'm wondering if it's a 64-bit incompatibility issue or something else.
I should mention that I've gotten FME3 to work on Windows XP on a different PC. The Windows XP PC only had 1.2 GB RAM and had a significantly less powerful CPU.

Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit
Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 2.4Ghz
4GB RAM
