Backup/ Two internet connections

Hi,

What is the best way to have a backup incase stream goes down? Are two internet connections to the PC possible?

I am using a  PC 4GB RAM, an ASUS AMD FX 8core processor of 3.50GHz. It’s running a 32-bit Windows 7 OS. The video input is an SDI into the Decklink card
