Twitch TV streaming low frame rate

Hi, my current setting are these:

I have 10 Mbps upload speed. My fps are up to 30 (~26) when Mac is idle. Once I start Starcraft on any graphic settings (tried lowest and highest), frame rate drops radically to ~8.

I use CamTwist with FMLE.

Tried varous settings, but nothing works for me. My Mac is a beast:

Processor  3.2 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory  24 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MB

Software  OS X 10.9 (13A603) (was the same in 10.8.4)
