FMLE dont works

Hi, i just instaled FMLE 3.2 in my new computer with Windows 7. When i start FMLE he dont work. The log say de next:

I find in goolge and say that the problem may be resolved if i instal "Desktop Experience", but in win7 i dont know how to do that.

Which may be the problem? and whick may be the solution?
